Up, Up, Up and Away!

That's me!  Just a few moments before take-off!

Monday I had a really fun commercial assignment: to fly in a small Cessna to capture images of the photographer/pilot for JetJocks Aerial Photography.

The weather, well it looked worse than it actually was, but it did make for a bumpy ride!  The turns you have to get the plane to do to actually get the images is pretty amazing, and really goes to nauseating! Ugh.  I felt like I was on a rollercoaster for 2 hours.  My son Lucian would have loved every minute of it!

 I think the plane was vertical, wing-tip to wing-tip in this photo.  You can see the wing at the top of the photo. You are looking straight down at the water!
